The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's "Plug-In to eCycling" program has been a voluntary partnership with electronics manufacturers, retailers, recyclers and government agencies to reduce the environmental impact of electronic products during production, use, transport, recycling and disposal. The EPA recognized Sharp for its achievements for 7 years, including as a founding participant since the program's inception in 2003, culminating with "Winner" in 2009. Sharp co-founded MRM Recycling in 2008 and provides nationwide e-waste recycling, while continuing to participate in the EPA's current efforts to develop the Electronics Challenge under EPA's new Sustainable Materials Management program.
Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation
Sharp participates in the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC) program, Call2Recycle, which allows consumers to drop off Sharp RBRC-labeled batteries at retailers and RBRC collection centers. For more information, please visit http://www.call2recycle.org/.

The following assumptions have been made in this proposal. The invalidation of the assumptions may result in scope changes and additional charges.
1. Systems Connectivity. We assume the client has secured and maintains a valid Server and software license at the time of implementation.
2. Valid Resources. We assume the client has appropriately licensed all hardware, systems software and software application resources that will be interacting with, or using within the solution.
3. Accuracy of Information. We assume that information provided by the client regarding the current system environment and business needs is accurate. This Statement of Work is based on information provided via phone calls and meetings with the (ASG: Technical Contact, Solutions Consultant and Others). Inaccurate or omitted information may affect the project plan, cost and timeframe.
Change Management
During the implementation, standard Change Management procedures will be utilized and the Solutions Consultant will be the focal point for maintaining the Change Management Log.
Requests for Project Change may be made at any time by the identified ASG's key staff personnel. Each request will be reviewed by the Project team (ALPHA COPY and CLIENT). An analysis of project impact, both timeline and cost, will be made as well as standard Risk Management. Notification regarding the status of the Change Request will be made in writing to ASG . For issues that are outside of the defined project scope, a quote to provide implementation of the Change Request will be made to ASG's applicable staff.
Client Responsibility
All assumptions MUST be correct to validate this scope of work. If anything listed below is inaccurate contact ALPHA COPY OFFICE EQUIPMENT immediately. Any inaccuracies will result in increased labor.
The proposal for ASG takes into account the considerable tasks involved in gathering requirements, testing configurations, testing applications, planning the installation, planning network integration, designing and testing workflow, and end user and operator training. ASG will only pay for the support required by your specific needs.
I have reviewed this scope of work with my SHARP sales representative and Systems Engineer.
